This book, developed in collaboration with the Italian Yoga Association for Children, features twenty yoga positions inspired, as is traditional, by animals, specifically chosen for children to do. Each pose is colourfully illustrated and accompanied by, clear, step-by-step instructions so aspiring yogi's can start learning in a fun, exciting way. AUTHOR: Lorena V. Pajalunga has been teaching children yoga in India at her Master Swami Satyananda of Bihar School for thirty years. She has since founded the Italian Association of Yoga for Children and with a degree in Human Sciences teaches at the University of Milan. Anna Lang is a Hungarian graphic designer and illustrator, currently living and working in Milan. She attended The University of Fine Arts (2006 - 2011) and spent six months at the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata. In 2013 she won the prize of the city of Bekescsaba at the Hungarian Biennial of Graphic Design with her Shakespeare Poster Series. She currently works for 6.14 Creative Licensing Agency in Milan.
