Turkey is one of the most effected country from refugees mass influxes due to its own idiosyncratic geographical position between emigrate states to immigrate states. This book aims to assess to review the principle of non-refoulement under the Turkish legal systems and practices in the light of international law. The deficiencies in domestic Turkish legal framework though the regulations and existing legal gap in respect of the principle of non-refoulement have brought new challenges for Turkey's compatibility under international legal standards. This book is briefly based on Critical Legal Approach for understanding the contradictions between Turkey's and international asylum policies, particularly EU. This book therefore attempts to suggest potential measures how Turkey can improve the compatibility with international treaties.
